Develop color strategy and palettes for OC Lumber product line to present to senior management.

Market Research Methods Overview:

  • Developed trend interpretation through color forecasting and exterior/interior design research.

  • Partnered with sales team to identify current sales forecast.

  • Conducted comprehensive analysis of top 5 competitor product ranges.

  • Contacted 27 retailer locations through in-field market research and phone surveying.

Results:

  • Designed 2 digital color palettes of 7 exterior and 5 variegated decking color samples.

  • Completed 3 comprehensive style guides (Pictured).
